We offer the following model either for clarifying career change issues or for the decision making process of founding your own company.

Six-pack Counseling Model

The elements of the counseling process are the following:

Analysing:

Your career visions, professional experience, skills, fields of interest and the additional evaluation with the Myers-Briggs-Type-Indicator.

Clarifying:

Which alternative career paths to be discovered. How can you link your diverse background of qualifications with your work experience, skills and preferences, that may lead to new career fields and possibilities.

Focus:

Which of the possibilities fit perfectly with your ambitions, interests and competencies?

Actionplan:

What are the priorities you should set up and follow?
What do you want to reach in which time frame?
Which addresses (enterprises, institutions, people, networks) are important for your project.

"Assignments" requiring certain action after the sessions, will help you to answer given questions and practice the corresponding first steps..

Your individual project is the "number one topic" of the sessions - consequently we will focus on certain aspects that are relevant for your project. For example, if you are looking for another position, the check-up of your application documents for an interview, will be part of the counseling sessions.
